Yes. The standard payment is 50/50 - you pay the 50% first payment upfront to secure your spot, and the remaining 50% is paid before project delivery. However, we can split the final payment into chunks or customise a plan to fit your needs.

It's important to consider that a logo is just one piece of your overall brand identity. To make the most impact, it's beneficial to have the foundations of a visual identity in place. The price does not cover certain additional costs and I'll be upfront about them if your project requires any. These costs could include font licences (you'll need your own for legal reasons, but I'll guide you through the process), brand photography, paid stock photography, image sourcing, printing fees and any extra refinement rounds beyond the two rounds already included in each project.

Before our project begins, you'll receive a digital design survey covering details about your business, goals, ideal customers, and visual inspirations. For digital, print and packaging projects, please provide all written copy and relevant imagery in advance. If you're unsure about anything, please feel free to reach out and I can offer guidance. During the project, I'll ask you to provide your feedback on the designs presented.

Each project is unique however I aim to complete larger visual branding projects around 6-8 weeks, while the 'Mini Visual Brand' service offers quicker options. Smaller projects like digital assets and print pieces can be completed in 1-2 weeks.

We set clear start dates and clear feedback response times for effective communication and delivery. Your timely responses are essential to keep the project on track. Rush projects can be discussed pending availability and for an additional fee.

We'll use email, digital forms and recorded screen shares for most interactions. Screen recordings are ideal for sharing ideas and can be reviewed at your pace and accommodate different time zones. Phone calls can be scheduled when when needed. Expect more frequent communication when booking design retainers due to the nature of this service.

Absolutely! Even if we're in different time zones or locations in the UK, we'll coordinate feedback times that suit both of us. The primary mode of communication is digital which is ideal for time zones and flexibility.
